In 2025, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Gastro on two occasions. Gastronomy, Michelin-starred restaurants, and fine wine are among my greatest passions, which made this assignment especially meaningful to me. Having my photograph selected for the cover was both an honor and a proud moment.
