Alimentum — From Farm to Fine Dining

For several years, I have worked with Alimentum, the first restaurant in Aalborg to earn a Michelin star.                             Led by chef Søren Birk, the restaurant follows a true farm-to-table philosophy, growing much of its own produce and sourcing the finest local ingredients.

It is inspiring to document the craftsmanship and dedication behind every dish - from the fields to the finished plate.
